Private Sessions are the most effective way to experience Pilates at Centered Studio Pilates.
In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll work directly with a highly trained Teacher who tailors each movement to your body’s specific needs and goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, rebuilding strength, or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence, Private Sessions provide the focused attention and customized instruction you need to get the most out of your Pilates practice.
Each session is designed to improve posture, mobility, balance, and core strength — helping you feel stronger, taller, more aligned, and more at home in your body.

If you’re new to Pilates, the first step is to book a free introductory consultation.
During this brief call, we’ll discuss your goals, movement history, and any injuries or limitations you may have. From there, we’ll help you choose the right Teacher and session type for your needs.
You’ll need to complete a minimum of three private sessions before moving into Group Classes. This ensures you’re confident on the equipment, familiar with Pilates fundamentals, and set up for success when you transition to a group setting.

Each session is designed to meet you where you are — focusing on posture, strength, flexibility, and functional movement that supports your everyday life. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and empowered to keep improving both inside and outside the studio.
Interested in Duet Sessions?
Prefer to move with a partner? We also offer Semi-Private Duet Sessions—two clients working together with one teacher. Duets are a wonderful way for friends, spouses, or family members to enjoy Pilates together while still receiving personalized instruction and a session tailored to both of your needs.
At this time, we are not able to match clients with partners for duets. You’ll need to already have a duet partner before inquiring about availability. If you and your partner are both interested, we’re happy to help you find a time that works for all of us.
