Visiting the Studio

We are open by appointment only. New clients please click here to schedule an introductory call. If you are ready to book a session, appointments can be made online here.
For security and privacy, the front door will be locked until 5 minutes before your session. When you arrive, kindly take a seat in the lobby until your teacher invites you in.
Non-slip ‘sticky/gripper’ socks must be worn while you are in the studio. If you forget your socks, we have some available for purchase.
Please be on-time. Sessions are 50 minutes long and end promptly. For your safety and to avoid disruption to your fellow participants, clients that are more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in a group class and your account will be charged for the class.
All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Classes and sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the service.
Stay home if you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19, cold or flu symptoms. If you have symptoms that you know to be allergies or lingering from a past illness, wear a mask.
Only clients actively participating in sessions may be at the studio during their scheduled time—we cannot accommodate drop-ins, children, or any additional visitors at the studio.
Please silence your phone while you are in the studio.
Park in the San Leandro library parking lot located on Santa Rosa St or on the street. Do not park in the staff parking lot behind our building.
