Private sessions are one-on-one workouts specifically designed for each client's fitness, postural and post-rehabilitative conditioning goals and needs. All equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and small props may be used as appropriate. Additionally, we offer semi-private duet & trio sessions for you and your friends.
A sliding 'carriage' or bed is spring loaded and glides along its tracks to allow varied resistance or give assistance for performing exercises including placing hands and feet in straps attached to a pulley system. Build strength and stamina in a low-impact way!
Traditional mat exercises are performed on reformers made into a long bed with a mat converter. Classes incorporate full body resistance work with use of a spring tower at one end including arm springs and leg springs. Learn many functional standing exercises.
Clients may bring their own mat or use a mat provided by the studio. Exercises are performed with a mat on the floor with the use of small props including balls, fitness circles, and bands for added resistance and balance work. Focus on creating and using the body's own resistance to build core strength.
High intensity, fun Pilates workout incorporating heart-pumping jumping intervals on the Reformer with Jumpboard and alternating strength and stabilization Pilates exercises with various equipment including Tower, Reformer, and small props. Not appropriate for beginners.
Total Barre incorporates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training. Exercises are set to music and emphasize increasing strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability. No prior dance experience needed! Not appropriate for clients with injuries or physical limitations.
